由于液壓式啟閉機(jī)的各個元件以及液壓管路在加工、運輸?shù)倪^程中,會有各種雜物如鐵屑、灰塵等污垢進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)中。所以我們建議在使用啟閉機(jī)之前,應(yīng)將所有的液壓元件精洗一遍,而液壓管路則需要用酸洗去清洗。

螺絲松動,將螺絲擰緊即可消除故障。而油壓不穩(wěn)是因為液壓系統(tǒng)中混入了空氣,我們應(yīng)及時的排出空氣,或者將液壓調(diào)壓裝置線圈的電流濾波不好,線圈在上下震動,造成了油壓不穩(wěn),所以我們假裝電解電容器加強(qiáng)濾波即可解決該故障。
1. Oil leakage and unstable oil pressure: After long-term use of the hoist, there is a large amount of leakage in various oil circuits of the safety braking device and between the oil circuits of the gate valve, resulting in a decrease in oil pressure and the inability of the gate valve to drop in time. The reason for this phenomenon is that some screws are loose, and tightening the screws can eliminate the fault. The unstable oil pressure is due to the air mixed in the hydraulic system, so we should exhaust the air in time, or the current of the coil of the hydraulic pressure regulating device is not filtered well, and the coil vibrates up and down, causing the unstable oil pressure. Therefore, we can solve the problem by pretending to strengthen the filtering of the electrolytic capacitor.
2.殘壓過大。液壓式啟閉機(jī)的殘壓過大會導(dǎo)致制動器失去作用。其主要的原因是:1.電液調(diào)壓裝置的控制桿上的擋板距離噴嘴距離太小。2.溢流閥節(jié)孔太大。處理方法為:1.更換控制桿上擋板。2.將溢流閥節(jié)孔更換直徑小一些的節(jié)流孔。
2. Excessive residual pressure. Excessive residual pressure in hydraulic hoists can cause the brakes to lose their function. The main reason is that the distance between the baffle on the control rod of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device and the nozzle is too small. 2. The relief valve orifice is too large. The handling method is: 1. Replace the upper baffle of the control rod. 2. Replace the relief valve orifice with a smaller diameter orifice.
3.二級制動油壓值保壓性能故障:產(chǎn)生此故障的原因有:液壓式啟閉機(jī)的油路塊上的溢流閥內(nèi)部有贓物卡住發(fā)信,使之關(guān)不嚴(yán)。單項節(jié)流截止閥開口太大,使油大量溢出。電磁換向閥內(nèi)部有贓物,使得內(nèi)泄漏太大。針對這一類的故障,我們可以先去下閥芯進(jìn)行清理,去掉贓物,然后調(diào)節(jié)單項節(jié)流截止閥,使其開口盡量小,從而可以起到節(jié)流和補(bǔ)油的作用。
3. Secondary brake oil pressure retention performance fault: The reason for this fault is that there is dirt stuck inside the overflow valve on the oil circuit block of the hydraulic hoist, causing it to not close tightly. The opening of the single throttle stop valve is too large, causing a large amount of oil to overflow. There is dirt inside the electromagnetic directional valve, causing excessive internal leakage. For this kind of fault, we can first clean the valve core to remove the dirt, and then adjust the single throttle stop valve to make its opening as small as possible, so that it can play the role of throttling and oil supplement.
