Cast iron gate
1、安裝前，要首先檢查豎框與橫框之間、閘板與閘板之間（指多塊閘板組合的閘門）的連接螺絲，是否在運輸裝卸中引起松動，它們的接茬是否錯牙，要調整成一個平面，檢查閘板與閘槽的間隙，保證閘槽與閘板的間隙不大于0.08mm，如有間隙可以調節閉緊裝置。上緊各連接螺栓。
1. Before installation, it is necessary to first check the connection screws between the vertical and horizontal frames, as well as between the gate and the gate (referring to a gate with multiple gate combinations), for any looseness during transportation, loading and unloading, and whether their joints are misaligned. They should be adjusted to a flat surface, and the gap between the gate and the gate slot should be checked to ensure that the gap between the gate slot and the gate is not more than 0.08mm. If there is a gap, the closing device can be adjusted. Tighten the connecting bolts.
2、安裝時閘門整體豎入預留槽，在兩邊立框的下面墊上調整墊（嚴禁墊下橫梁），兩立框用手動葫蘆和斜拉立穩，將閘門找直找平，各地腳孔內串上地腳螺栓，調節好閘門的位置，支好模板進行二期澆注。
2. During installation, the gate should be vertically inserted into the reserved slot as a whole, and adjustment pads should be placed below the vertical frames on both sides (it is strictly prohibited to pad the crossbeam). The two vertical frames should be stably erected using manual hoists and diagonal braces. The gate should be aligned and leveled, and anchor bolts should be strung in each foot hole to adjust the position of the gate. The template should be supported for the second phase of pouring.
3、澆注混凝土時，流進閘板、閘框、斜鐵、擋板間的灰漿應徹底清除，以防止灰漿凝固后影響閘門啟閉。
3. When pouring concrete, the mortar flowing into the gate, gate frame, inclined iron, and baffle should be thoroughly removed to prevent the mortar from solidifying and affecting the opening and closing of the gate.
4、清除加固物。閘門出廠前，為使閘板、閘框貼合緊湊，安裝后減少間隙，2m以上的閘門在上下框上安裝了4-6個緊閉裝置壓鐵，注意在間隙調整后，閉緊壓鐵拆除，以便閘門啟閉。
4. Remove reinforcement. Before the gate leaves the factory, in order to make the gate plate and gate frame fit tightly and reduce the gap after installation, 4-6 locking device pressure irons were installed on the upper and lower frames of the gate with a height of 2m or more. After adjusting the gap, the closing pressure irons should be removed to facilitate the opening and closing of the gate.

1、閘門在啟閉時應注意閘板的上、下位置，不能超限，以免損壞閘門或啟閉機。
1. When opening and closing the gate, attention should be paid to the upper and lower positions of the gate plate, and it should not exceed the limit to avoid damaging the gate or the hoist.
2、閘門在啟閉過程中如有異常情況應立即停止使用，及時檢查修理。

3、閘門在關閉時距閘底10公分處，暫停2分鐘，讓激流沖凈底門槽內雜物，然后再將閘門關閉。
