The fixed winch hoist is connected to the gate using a lifting device on the movable pulley of the pulley block to open and close the gate. The working principle of this method: the motor drives the brake reducer and wheel coupling to rotate the open gear pair and the drum, while the pulley and balance slide lift the steel wire rope on the drum for lifting. In general, a winch hoist is not suitable for using a single pulley block. Because during the process of lifting or lowering the gate, a single pulley block will cause the gate to move horizontally, resulting in gate shaking. This phenomenon does not occur when the double pulley block is working. In addition, the magnification of the pulley block should be uniform to avoid twisting of the moving pulley caused by the traction of the steel wire rope. The balance pulley is installed on the crown block and can be used to operate the load limiter.
