關位置時，電機與皮帶間能產生打滑，使電機傳送出來的力小于螺桿彎曲的力，不造成螺桿彎曲。但皮帶傳動裝置也不能過于松，過松時會使閘門在帶水位差時不能關閘。若螺桿彎曲變形后，要立即將螺桿重新調直，由于螺桿機的螺桿既連接住水閘閘門，又不易在螺桿機內拆卸下，而且修復的時間要及時，因此要采取在現場螺桿吊帶閘門調直。經過本人多年來工作實際經驗驗證，總結出了現場螺桿吊帶閘門調直的方法。
